MAN AT HIS BEST IS VANITY UNLESS…

Behold, thou hast made my days as an handbreadth; and mine age is as nothing before thee: verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. Selah. Psalm 39:5
The person who does not know the reason for his being
Who does not know why he was born
Nor the purpose for his brief stay on earth
Is like a BEAST
Whose only purpose is to live & to die, and nothing more
There comes a time in a person’s life
When he wonders & looks for this purpose
He may not be even aware of his search
But deep inside his empty heart is the longing
To find & hold on to that which is the ETERNAL
But those who had found that purpose
Or the lost who had been found
Is the love for the WORD of that purpose
They hold on to that WORD & measures their lives with it
For they know that in their hands, in their minds and in their hearts
Is the WORD OF LIFE!
They handle the Word of Life in their hands
They embrace it as treasures of Great Price
Which no moth nor thieves can take
The hope of glory singing in their hearts
For the answers they sought had been found

And called the Holy Scriptures!
